Pushing the limit from indie pop to virtual reality. Computational artist Mativa and KnoR are moving towards the future of media and transforms Mativa’s audiovisual piece The Purest of All Sounds (2014) into a virtual hideaway where the influence of daily media propaganda vanishes. As one of three story points of KnoR’s transmedia storyworld Don’t Go, puts the user into a permanently morphing space that examines what might be found in the space between signal and noise.

This 360° live presentation by JB Dunckel (AIR), filmed from a poinf-of-view perspective, was shot in one of Cannes’ most prestigious locations, Villa Domergue, where the Cannes Festival jury deliberates. Dunckel wore a head-mounted camera, allowing those who view the clip to feel as though they are taking the artist’s place.
