“This is Major Tom to Ground Control, I’m stepping through the door, And I’m floating in a most peculiar way, And the stars look very different today…” As soon as you hear Bowie croon his opening line, you’re somewhere familiar. But take a look around and it becomes apparent that you’re standing at the centre of something strange and unique. You notice that you’re not alone with Bowie. You’re surrounded by three other singers, each performing their own interpretations of Space Oddity: one to your left, one to your right and the other directly behind you. Voices rise and fall in this lush sonic dreamscape.
