SPEED DATINGBetween the student directors of the RPCÉ 1-2 competition and a professionnal panel : Ève Duranceau Since she ended her formation at the Conservatoire d’art dramatique de Montréal in 2000, Eve played many memorable parts, such as her part in Le négociateur, Le berceau des anges and Marche à l'ombre to name a few. On stage, she played in Quebec and in France due to her role in Éclats et autres libertés and she took the stage of the Théâtre d'Aujourd'hui with Queue cerise. On film, she worked with many filmmakers such as André Turpin, Denis Villeneuve, Catherine Martin, Olivier Godin, Denis Côté and Chloé Robichaud.Lionel Baier Born in 1975 in Lausanne, Switzerland. Worked as co-manager and programmer at the Rex cinema in Aubonne. 1995-98 Studies Arts at the University of Lausanne. Since 1996 assistant director for various films and commercials. Since 2002 Head of Cinema department at the ECAL (École Cantonale d'Art de Lausanne). 2009 Cofounds Bande à part Films.Damien Detcheberry Damien Detcheberry is the head of distribution at EyeSteelFilm, a Canadian production and distribution company based in Montreal and founded by Daniel Cross and Mila Aung-Thwin, whose productions have gathered many awards around the world: Last Train Home (Lixin Fan), Up the Yangtze (Yung Chang), The Street (Daniel Cross), Inside Lara Roxx (Mia Donovan)...Presented as part of the Rencontres pancanadiennes du cinéma étudiant.
