GESAMT SALON - WORKSHOP

CALL FOR CANDIDATES
In an intimate, private setting, the Salon Gesamt brings together a small group of international professionals to discuss new works, trends and processes, and identify the obstacles and problems associated with virtual reality as an art form. Since Canada has been one of the leading countries in developing VR art, it makes sense that Montreal and the Festival du nouveau cinema host the first Gesamt Salon. The discussions will serve as inspiration for the upcoming Gesamt Lab, a production-oriented VR lab, which will take place in Iceland in 2017.
